Through research, training, and community partnerships, we work tirelessly to create safer communities and save lives before tragedy strikes.

Dr. Robert Moore
Chief Clinical Officer
Credentials
EdD PhD, Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor
Professional Background
Dr. Robert Moore is passionate about early identification and assessment of students at-risk to harm others. He has more than 30 years of clinical experience with children and adolescents in schools, correctional facilities, and outpatient practice. Following years of work with incarcerated youth, Moore received an inquiry from a local school district to develop a process that would assess homicidal threats and offer direction for reducing risk. He has spent more than 500 hours conducting interviews with students who have threatened homicide, and with their parents. Moore has conducted more than 400 assessments on individuals who threatened homicide or mass shootings using the Homicide Zero Tools and assessment process. To date, there have been no known students from that group who attempted or committed a homicide, according to school officials.
