90 Minute Assessment

Homicide Safety Risk Assessment (HSRA)

  • If homicidal ideation is detected using the 15- Minute HTS then the 90-Minute Homicide Safety Risk Assessment (HSRA) should be administered.
  • HSRA for Youth Ages 6-19

    • Administration Includes:
      • A Mental Health Provider Rating Form
      • A Parent Rating Form
      • Both Teacher & School Rating Forms
  • HSRA for Young Adults Ages 18-30

    • Administration Includes:
      • One Self-Rating Form
  • Both Assessments should be administered by a trained mental health professional.
Our unique tool identifies potentially violent behavior through early screenings and assessments.

Treatment Options

  • Individuals that present with empirically high-risk scores during the initial assessment are offered mental health options.
  • School Counselors, Administrators, and Law Enforcement are notified of regarding the future risk potential.
  • Individuals that do not meet the high-risk requirements are offered consultations and options for mental health counseling in an effort to prevent future issues.
